Before tanning: Stand on a towel to catch any overspray.

• Night Before the Contest spray on Jan Tana Green Away. Apply Green Away under arms to keep you fresh, since you CANNOT use deodorant. Let Green Away dry.
• Day Of Contest, Perfect as base and stage color, darkness between Hi-Def and Ultra 1. Can be used as base color, overnight is not recommended. For darker color reapply. 2 layers in recommended.

• Pump up backstage and apply Jan Tana Glaze.

Skin preparation Week Before the Contest

• Bathe with Jan Tana Body Scrub scrub daily to Exfoliate Skin. 
• Use Jan Tana Bodylotion daily after Exfoliating for a soft and correct PH balance on skin.

DO NOT apply any other tanning products before or after applying Jan Tana Color. Tanning in a tanning bed is not necessary.

DO NOT use oils, pam cooking spray or any other products over your Jan Tana color. They may contain petroleum and will make your color run!

DO NOT apply deodorant Before or After applying Color. Deodorant will raise the skin’s pH and turn your arm pits green.
